Shine Jesus Shine
In the morning and late afternoon, the sky was super dark and it was raining cats and dogs. Lucky by 6 plus, the rain finally stopped. Was late for Shine Jesus Shine. So kind of miss the first 10 to 15mins. When we arrived at Novena church, the place was filled with many many people and everyone was singing and dancing praising GOD. I think it has been some time since i had a P and W session thus i did not know most or rather all the songs they were singing. But the most important thing is that i could feel God's presence all around me. It feels as if i went back to secondary school. Because most of the teenagers around me were from IJ. =D
An actress made a speech about her life with GOD guiding her through whatever she did and to her GOD will always make the best path for her. Another was by some NUS student who went to India to help the poor. And lastly the speech by Fr Simon. Whatever he said was full of power. Even the homily he made at church were powerful and one that will never make me fall asleep during mass.
After that was the benediction. Words can't express how i felt during that period of time. Whatever that happened in the past, i handed over to God and letting him lead me and guide me.
In times of happiness, GOD is always holding our hands guiding and leading us in whatever we do. And in times of sadness, GOD will be carrying us in his hands bringing us to the place where we are suppose to be. HE will always say to his little children to leave whatever burden and sadness at HIS feet and HE will fill us with strength to carry on. GOD's love for us will never never end.
